Our research-driven design process

UX preparation
Project discovery and problem definition happens here. We dive deep into your business, customers, and industry, then plot the path to defining and delivering on project goals.
UX research
The fun begins with user research (not that prep wasn’t fun…). Developing personas, building out scenarios and mapping user journeys.
Architecture & flow
Time to visualise the actual flow of the solution. We’ll start to see some flowcharts and sitemaps of the product or service at this stage. Things are getting serious now.
UI design
Thinking more about the look and feel, how things work and function together, building out design and interaction systems, wireframes and prototypes. That kind of thing.
Development
Bringing the experience to life. Guided by our proven best practices, our developers and designers get into creation mode, building the backend and frontend of the product.
UX consulting
We continue to work with you to ensure the experience keeps on delivering. Before handover, we’ll set up custom analytics, helping you use data to make better decisions and working with you to put those decisions into action.
